This type of metal printing stencil is used to replace the original screen printing, which has the following characteristics:
1. Since the base material of the printing mask made by electroforming is a metal sheet (nickel sheet) as shown in the figure below, the opening ratio of the grid line can reach 100%, while the opening ratio of the traditional screen can only reach 40% %-60%, there is no metal wire in the opening area of the printing mask made by electroforming, which reduces the requirements for the printability of the slurry, and can be printed with a slurry with a relatively high viscosity and a high solid content;
2. A thick mask can print thicker grid lines. The template made by electroforming method has the characteristics of high precision, its dimensional accuracy and position accuracy can reach 1μm, and the diameter-thickness ratio can reach 0.5 (that is, the opening of the hole The minimum size can be 0.5 of the thickness), and the electroformed mask of Guanghong Optoelectronics Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. can open holes of 30-40 μm on the mask with a thickness of 50-60 μm, effectively ensuring the cross-section of the printed grid lines area, reducing the series resistance of the solar cell;
3. It is manufactured by electroforming method. The sheet is deposited by metal nickel ions. Nickel has high hardness and wear resistance. This kind of metal template is not easy to be damaged and has a long service life;
The electroforming method is a process from scratch. Its thickness is not controlled by the existing materials and can be freely selected. The thickness of the sheet can be freely selected according to the height required by the grid line. We can achieve 0.02MM according to needs. -0.30MM thickness;
