Introduction of Mini LED & Micro LED stencil:
M LED stands for mini led and micro led. This is a new type of LED light source display technology. It represents a new technological breakthrough in the LED industry. The biggest feature of M LED is that the chip size becomes smaller, the integration degree is improved, the power consumption of the light source is reduced, and the display device power can be maintained for a longer time. The size of a single chip packaged by MiniLED is between 50~100um (MiniLED chip), and the size of a single chip packaged by Micro LED is<50um,
Mini LED & Micro LED stencil is a high-end stencil customized for the M LED industry.
Features of Mini LED & Micro LED Stencil:
①The thickness of the nickel stencil are generally ultra-thin, and the thinnest could be reach 18um;
②The number of openings is huge, and the openings are densely. Generally, the number of openings is more than one hundred thousand, and sometimes it can reach more than one million holes;
③High position accuracy, we could control the position tolerance within 20um for the range of length about 400mm;
④The application of ultra-thin electroforming stencil, the nickel content is as high as 99.95%, the hardness is about Hv450~550, which is 30% higher than the SUS304 material steel mesh, which effectively extends the product life of the stencil;
⑤Mini LED & Micro LED stencil has smoother openings and hole wall for the roughness<0.4um
